What you will be doing and Essential Job Functions:
The Lead Generator is directly responsible for growing sales and customer database. This position will be located at the Akiles office in Barcelona.
· Call issuing to companies in order to arrange business visits for the street sales team.
· Identify the needs of the company so that the commercial has the greatest possible information to prepare the visit.
· Update and manage the Database to categorize customer portfolio and detect valid decision makers and/or valid interlocutors.
· Keep track of the calls and customer portfolio.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate should be an enthusiast and passionate when it comes to business development and management of the customer portfolio.
· Previous experience of, at least, 2 years in cold calling lead generation.
· Strong use of Microsoft Excel.
· Strong commercial and communication skills.
· Excellent attention to details.
· Objective oriented person used to work with great autonomy and responsibility.
· Strong proactive character able to work together with the team to achieve its objectives.
