💡 About the role

We’re looking for Business Development Representative (BDR) profiles to handle the first contact with outbound leads. Your mission will be to spark interest, build trust, and schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll work with lead lists generated by the Market Research team, but you’ll also have the chance to source your own contacts.

🎯 Responsibilities

Contact (via phone, email, or LinkedIn) pre-qualified leads.
Identify needs and briefly present the value proposition.
Qualify and schedule meetings for the AE team.
Follow up and nurture long-term relationships.
Keep the CRM updated and collaborate with the team to improve processes.

🧠 Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Energy, positive attitude, and resilience.
Ability to learn quickly and handle objections.
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
