Weโre seeking Market Research Specialist profiles to build the foundation of our outbound growth. This role will be responsible for identifying, researching, and generating lists of qualified leads for our BDRs to contact and convert into meetings or visits.
๐ฏ Responsibilities
Research the market and identify new potential client opportunities.
Segment and build lead lists based on the ICP (ideal customer profile).
Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc., for lead sourcing.
Qualify leads and enrich data to support the BDRsโ efforts.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine the ideal client profile.
๐ง Requirements
Analytical skills and an obsession with detail.
Knowledge of or interest in scraping tools, CRMs, and lead databases.
Eagerness to learn about sales strategy and how to build a funnel.
Methodical, curious, and independent profile.
